Anyone can join. Pick a callsign, and confirm your email address — that’s it. Your callsign is the name on everything you post.

3–30 characters. Letters, numbers, - and _. Start with a letter. This is public — it’s the name on everything you post, and what you sign in with.

We send one link to confirm it’s yours. Used for password resets, and nothing else unless you ask.

  • At least 12 characters — length matters more than anything else.
  • Must not contain your username, your email address, or the word "takshak".
  • Must not be a commonly used password, with or without numbers on the end.
  • Must not be one long run of repeated or sequential characters.

Anything you can type is allowed: spaces, punctuation, accents. A short sentence works well.

No capitals, digits or symbols required.
